REQUIREMENTS TO MEET?
The innovation premium can amount to a maximum of one gross monthly salary and is fully exempt. You therefore do not pay social security contributions or personal income tax on it. Moreover, this premium is fully deductible for you as an employer. The formalities associated with the granting of this premium are also limited. The innovation premium is therefore a low-threshold way to additionally reward employees who think innovatively in a tax-friendly way.
