THE FLUVIUS PREMIUMS FOR BUILDINGS WITHOUT A RESIDENTIAL FUNCTION
- Premiums for buildings that were connected to the electricity network before 1-1-2006
- for roof insulation, attic floors, walls (on the outside and cavities), floors, basements (premium/m2)
- for high-efficiency glazing (premium/m2)
- for solar boilers, heat pumps and heat pump boilers (max 10K)
- for relighting
- the complete removal of the existing lighting (light fittings and lamps)
- the execution of a lighting study and the installation of a completely new lighting system
- a premium can only be granted once per interior space
- works carried out by a contractor
- max 15K without and 20K with daylight control
- Premiums for buildings that were connected to the electricity network before 1-1-2014
- for solar boilers, heat pumps and heat pump boilers
- Investment premium after energy study:
- the building is at least 5 years old on the date of the premium application
- an energy study or audit that has been carried out must demonstrate that the investment(s) in the building yields significant energy savings compared to the current situation
- investment for 'state of the art' or the best available techniques
- the investment has a payback period (PBP) > 2 years
- the investment was actually carried out • a maximum of 25K euros per project and per year
THE ELIA PREMIUMS FOR BUILDINGS WITHOUT A RESIDENTIAL FUNCTION
- Investment premium after energy study:
- an energy study or audit that has been carried out must demonstrate that the investment(s) in the building yields significant energy savings
- the investment has a payback period (PBP) > 2 years
- Before the investment can be carried out, the energy audit must be submitted to Elia for approval
- Only after approval the client can place an order.
- Max 200K per client per site
